ABSTRACT
The article reports on the accomplishments of U.S.-based cable operator Bright House Networks LLC (BHN). In January 2008, the company finished its Start Over rollout in its Tampa, Florida system, which is the largest Start Over deployment. Meanwhile, in September 2008, the Start Over service was launched in BHN's Bakersfield, California division. The company also deployed BigBand Networks' switched digital video platform in three systems.
