ABSTRACT
The article reports on the collaboration between the Consumer Electronics Association and the cable industry in providing telecommunications in the U.S. The invitation of Comcast Corp. president and chief executive officer (CEO) Brian Roberts as a keynote speaker at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) signifies the growing ties between the association and the industry. A number of consumer electronics companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to use cable's tru2way technology.
