ABSTRACT
The article presents the views of Kevin Toman, bedding industry's senior statesman, on the performance of the industry. Toman admits that the industry is currently in uncharted waters as a result of the global financial crisis. He believes that the national advertising has gone away because of the money managers and the cost of co-op and floor space. He also expects the big bedding retailers to grow further.
