The article focuses on the company Team Inc. and its chief Phillip Hawk. Team inspects, builds and repairs hot high-pressure pipe systems used by oil and power industries. The company is ranked No. 3 in the "Forbes Asia" October 27, 2008 list of the 200 Best U.S. Small Companies. Hawk joined Team as its chief in 1998 focusing on services during a refineries' maintenance shutdown. Hawk believes its now time for Team to expand overseas and has paid for operations in Belgium and Netherlands.
