ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the topics discussed at the fifth regional round table sponsored by the Religious Education Association at Harvard University in Massachusetts from November 16 to 17, 1956. A total of 102 college administrators and professors discuss the responsibility of higher education in promoting the Judeo-Christian heritage. Also noted is the emergence of a shared conviction that faith should be a live option on a university campus, while opinions on the place of theology on the college campus were divergent.
