ABSTRACT
The article presents an analysis of the Holy Koran which is written in script at the Museum of Amasya in Turkey. It is stated that the museum holds an important place when it comes to the study regarding the history of the Holy Koran. It is noted that there are authentic copies of the Holy Koran which are inscribed in script and displayed at the upstair rooms. It is mentioned that the Koran is being shown alongside with the ethnographic works. Currently, there are seven copies on display and the oldest one of these copies dates from 1316 A.D.
