ABSTRACT
The article reports on the three cases of splenic infarction during bacterial endocarditis. The first case had an infective endocarditis due to coagulase negative staphylococcus aureus sensitive to methicilline. The second case is a 58-year-old man who was positively diagnosed through serological brucella tests. The third case is a 60 year-old-man who was treated for methicilline-succeptible coagulase-negative staphylococci prediagnosis and had splenic infarctus.
