The article focuses on the benefits of workplace flexibility programs to businesses. It states that the return on investment in such programs can translate into attracting a wider pool of candidates and retaining key talent. It presents the steps in creating a culture of flexibility in the workplace. The author believes that flexibility is the key to alleviating pressures between family and work, resulting in positive and measurable outcomes for the employer.
