The article offers tips on effective manpower training in an industry. It notes on four basic points to consider on setting up manpower training which includes training for specific objectives with numeric measures related to the business, by using training content to achieve objectives and by monitoring and reinforcing the numeric measures in training. Meanwhile, a cause-and-effect diagram is presented that can identify process flaws in the management and may aid on the workflow for training.
