ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the impact of financial crisis in the western states of the U.S. It states that the blatant display of corporate entitlement is not the only way the financial crisis has not touched the West. According to the article, frozen credits and the plunging stock market hit some of the region's state, which are already struggling with revenue declines from the collapse of their once-bullish housing markets.
