Las Vegas home sales surge in October

According to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, single-family home sales rose by 179 percent to 2,718 and condominium and townhome sales increased by 100 percent to 414. Meanwhile, there is a 2.6 percent decline in the median price of a single-family home in the same period.
