ABSTRACT

An increase in the demand in Southern Nevada's apartment market was posted in the third quarter of 2008 due to a rise in home foreclosures and a lack of new rental products. A construction contract was won by Clark/Hunt Construction JV to build a veterans hospital in North Las Vegas. VR Carson LLC purchased an office building and parking structure from Carson Properties Nevada LLC.
