ABSTRACT
The article reports on a lawsuit filed by C.W. Capital Fund One against Community Bank of Nevada over a loan default of $26 million in Lake Las Vegas. This breach of contract has been claimed as the cause of the ruin of a planned housing development and forced bankruptcy of the project's contractor. It adds that the suit also aims to stop the bank from foreclosing on land to which it may not have clear title.
