The article reports on the security ambassador concept of the Comcast Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It mentions that Comcast Center pays much attention to security and customer service. Its security ambassador concept that was developed by Ralph Roberts, Brian Roberts and John Gattuso was based on the customer service models utilized by Ritz-Carlton hotels, Four Seasons hotels and Disney amusement parks. The employment of security ambassadors meant the use of non-traditional tools.
