Alexin Forges Ahead with Billet Plant

The article reports on the launch of Alexin LLC.'s new aluminum billet manufacturing facility in Bluffton, Indiana. Eventhough the situation is not so great for the company due to global economic downturn, it cannot stop them from commencing its operation in late October 2008 and ramping up its production through the start of 2009. According to Tom Horter, company president, the facility expects to produce three million pounds of billet in November 2008.
