ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the importance of introducing sex teaching into schools and colleges. It summarizes the general outline of a plan for sex education offered by The Special Committee on the Matter and Methods of Sex Education which aims to develop a healthier public opinion in regard to sex. One of the best indirect means of ethical instruction is good reading, which is the most effective and available in the public schools. It is also emphasized by the Committee the necessity of good judgment in introducing sex instructions into the schools.
