ABSTRACT
The article reports on the release of the third quarter financial performance report of Intel Corp. showing its target profitability and revenue in 2008 in the U.S. The mobility group of the company accounted for $4.7 million in the third quarter revenue, up 23% from the second quarter, constituting over 45% of total revenue. Moreover, the total third quarter revenue in the microprocessor unit was $3.1 billion which increased by 1% in 2007 and increased by 8% compared to the second quarter.
