The article reports that actress Whoopi Goldberg has signed a development contract with Discovery Emerging Networks. Under the deal, Goldberg will develop series for Investigation Discovery and Science Channel with partner Tom Leonardis via her production firm Whoop Inc. Whoop Inc. has produced "Call Me Claus," "Strong Medicine" and "Ruby's Bucket of Blood."
