ABSTRACT
The article examines the significance of green movement in the construction industry on the society. It is remarkable that engineers and the society had eventually showed their growing concern over environmental protection, energy awareness and the use of materials that assure no or less impact on the environment. However, it should also be noted that the green demand in construction industry is a constantly evolving process according to the society's norm.
