It reports that UKTV and BBCHD chief executive officer (CEO) Tony Iffland and UKTV head of programming Brendan Dahill will take on expanded management roles for BBC Worldwide portfolio of pay TV channels. A 19.9 percent stake was acquired by FremantleMedia from Beyond International of Australia. Independent internet television networks Moonlight TV was acquired by digital media company Swish Group from Prime Media Group.
