Montecito builds North Las Vegas mega-mall

The article reports that Montecito Commercial is constructing the Las Flores shopping center at the northwest corner of Las Vegas Bolulevard and Hamilton Street in North Las Vegas, Nevada in 2008. Montecito is an at-fee developer on behalf of Dallas, Texas-based Sarofim Realty Advisors. The shopping center will feature main four anchors including a marketplace and La Curacao store.
