ABSTRACT
The article reports on the room upgrades made by the Plaza in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The rooms offered by the hotel are the cheapest. Its 1,037 rooms also make it one of the biggest hotels in the area. But Tamares Las Vegas Properties, owners of the hotel, has expressed plans to change the image of the property.
