ABSTRACT
The article discusses a report from Colliers International and Restrepo Consulting Group which states that the performance of the office market in Las Vegas, Nevada in the third quarter of 2008 is poor due to the financial crisis. It is said that the vacancy rate of the market at the end of September is 17.5 percent. According to John Restrepo of the Nevada Economic Forum, bad home loans have affected the local housing market outlook until 2010.
