ABSTRACT
The article discusses a real estate business study by the Sullivan Group Real Estate which suggests that builders and investors are preparing for the recovery of the U.S. housing market. The study shows that the land inventories of large public homebuilders are dwindling, while entrepreneurial builders believe that now is the right time to buy lots. According to Ken Perlman of Sullivan Group, the builders who control the bulk of the lots were not that many.
