ABSTRACT
The article reports on the contradiction by President Franklin D. Roosevelt against Donald Nelson on the progress of production and his subordinates on World War II facing the U.S. Nelson made mention of the falloff in production, opposite to what the president believes. The president got deeply mad at his subordinates who talked of losing the ongoing war.
