The Value of Workflow Process

The article discusses the benefits of companies creating and using a workflow process. Several aspects that the author feels needs to be included in a workflow process in order to make it successful are mentioned, including accountability, efficiency and consistency. According to the article, a workflow process can assist companies in delegating responsibility to employees, enhancing a company's brand, increasing the scalability of the company and improving the company's ability to train and cross-train employees.
