ABSTRACT
The article discusses the benefits that exist for businesses having employee book clubs. Benefits of having a work-based book club are mentioned, including the creative ideas expressed through the book club that can than be utilized by the company. Several decisions that need to be made regarding the book club are discussed, including the types of books that will be read and how often the book club will meet.
