ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the author's observation that Great Britain was entering a more unstable period of employment relations. According to the author, he believes that HP, professionals and trade union officials alike fall into this trap. The author says that employment relations should be used as the catch-all term that reflects the whole employment agenda, in respect of both staff and representatives. And that the core of the employment relations agenda has to be employee relations.
