People Management;10/30/2008, Vol. 14 Issue 22, p14
The article deals with the right recipe for teambuilding discovered by Chubb when it sent managers on a corporate cookery day. The company sent a group of 12 managers to the central London venue in England, run by specialists Venturi's Table, where they had to co-operate in producing a three-course luxury Italian meal. According to Andrew McKee, London branch manager at Chubb, cooking was the ideal teambuilding exercise as it appealed to all types of people and required co-ordinated effort.
