ABSTRACT
The article examines the effectiveness of using a web-based data management system in clinical research. This system has improved data gathering and accuracy through an ongoing collection and analysis process. According to Richard Buchsbaum, senior data manager at the statistical analysis center, biostatistics department of Mailman School of Public Health, the new system helped produce on-time recruitment and low error rates.
