ABSTRACT
The article reports that the furniture importer Collezione Europa is seeking court approval to liquidate its assets and pay its creditors. Collezione Europa filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in February 2008. According to a liquidation plan, most of the proceeds from the asset sales would be paid to Bank of America, which is owed $5.55 million. The objection to the proposed inventory sale filed by the company Universal Furniture is discussed.
