ABSTRACT
The article reports that a U.S. Department of Commerce ruling for manufacturers of uncovered innerspring mattress units in Vietnam and South Africa will be required to pay import duties. According to the article, duties for Vietnamese innerspring units were at 116.31% and at 121.39% for those from South Africa. The petition lead by Leggett and Platt Incorporated alleged that U.S. producers are injured by foreign competitors selling similar products, according to the article.
