ABSTRACT
The article discusses the Rubber Industry Executive of the Year awards and its selection process. The author informs that the editors of this journal select as a winner a person in the North American rubber product industry who has been instrumental in the success of the company. Last year's winner was Dan Hertz of Seals Eastern Inc. and the author observes that they would not have found a more deserving candidate than him. The author invites readers to nominate someone for the title.
