ABSTRACT
The article reports on the significance of network monitoring system for effective troubleshooting to reduce the mean time to recovery (MTTR) issues. It reveals that operators that develop a strategy to choose the right monitoring tools that can alert all kinds of key reports to help safeguard subscriber's quality of experience (QoE) can improve video matters. It also suggests the need for operators to have different types of historical reports for troubleshooting.
