The article discusses the responsibility of learning leaders to ensure that employees with special needs are given with the same development opportunities as everyone else. Such opportunities, accordingly, can further help these employees reach their full potential. Learning leaders are reminded to consider these employees' learning styles, predilections and motivations to achieve success in change.
