ABSTRACT
The article reports on Vodafone Ireland's launch of a new IVR service for cancelling Top Up codes. Retailers can now cancel Top Up vouchers by calling 1800-243-235 and selecting option 1. The new service allows retailers to save time in dealing with customer queries as they can simply follow the standard return process with their intermediary like Paypoint and Payzone.
