The author focuses on the ABC Template and LeaderMeter Tests for use in developing authentic leaders. He notes that people who aspire leadership, are high-potentials, are new leaders and practitioners of leadership need leadership development. He adds that leadership development prevents leadership from deviating away from ideal leaders and tilting towards self-serving counterfeit leaders. He discusses how to use the template and tests which are comprise of the assessment, birth and cultivation stages.
