ABSTRACT
The article looks at the status of the company Kodak Graphic Communications Group on its printing plates business at West Yorkshire in England. It mentions that the factory makes three quarter of the world's Electra offset-litho printing plates. It employs 300 workers and work to supply newspapers, packaging industries and commercial and magazine printers. Furthermore, it produces 500 product lines a week from over 3,000 combinations of plate length and width.
