Thirty-Eight Hours of hCG Priming for Immature Oocytes is Beneficial

The article reports on the findings of the study by Canadian researchers, which examined whether the oocyte maturation rate after in vitro maturation (IVM) increases when the interval between human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) priming and immature oocyte retrieval increases. Researchers found that by extending the period of hCG priming of immature oocytes by three hours, oocyte maturation could be improved and the rate of IVM could be increased.
