ABSTRACT
The article presents information on St. Anne's Vineyard in Newent, Gloucestershire, England. Blackberries, elderberries, apples, plums fruits that conjure thoughts of warm summer days and lush autumn harvests are gently fermenting at the vineyard. As the sugars and yeasts work their magic, another season is set to be captured in the bottles of fruit and flower wine made by David and Paula Jenkins.
