ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a report by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) which says firms in Great Britain are losing billions of pounds in lost working days every year because workers are not trained in conflict management. According to the CIPD study, personality clashes and conflicting egos were the primary cause of conflicts, with stress and heavy workloads also contributing.
