ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the construction of the modern bar rolling mill of ArcelorMittal Warszawa in Warsaw, Poland. It reveals that the company has also invested $1.3 billion in Polish steel plants including a hot-rolling mill in Cracow, Dabrowa Górnicza. The modern bar rolling mill has an estimated production capacity of 650,000 tons per year of standard bar, rebar, equal angles and channels.
