ABSTRACT
The article reports on the three class action lawsuits filed by Wilmington Steel Processing Inc., Standard Iron Works and Supreme Auto Transport LLC in the Federal Court in Chicago, Illinois against eight steelmakers of price fixing conspiracy in September 2008. These include AK Steel Holding Corp., ArceloMittal USA, Commercial Metals and Gerdau Ameristeel Corp. The other steelmakers that are involved in the lawsuit refused to comment on the pending litigation.
