ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of Madras Fertilizers Ltd. (MFL) to resume its production of complex fertilizers in India in 2008. It notes that the restart of manufacturing would increase the company's business volume and exceed that of 2007-2008. It recalls the losses suffered by the firm on its fertiliser products due to adverse pricing policy. S. Muralidharan of MFL mentioned that the government is keen on the possible resumption of the company's production at the NPK plant.
