Dow Chemicals to pump in 'billions of dollars' in India

Ramesh Ramachandran, president of Dow Chemical International, said that the company's plan to tie up with a local firm would depend on the offer of a potential partner. He also mentioned that the construction of a specialty chemicals manufacturing facility needs about $100-200 million budget and it will take about 2-3 years to become fully operational.
