HSBC's String Of Mishaps Raises Doubts

The article reports on the controversy over HSBC Bank USA when the bank experienced outage of its core processing system which failed to post transactions of customers in the U.S. The outage created a bad image for the bank because customers reported that they were unable to access their accounts of tally balances. It is stated that the outage was the third major processing failure the global bank has suffered since 2005.
