ABSTRACT
The article discusses Harrah's Entertainment Inc.'s plan to enter a joint venture to build a sports arena in Clark County, Nevada. It states that 20 acres of land behind Bally's Las Vegas has been opened by Harrah's with the aim of putting-up a sports arena. Arena developer AEG based in Los Angeles announced in August 2007 its partnership with Harrah's for the project but no developments have been reported since then.
