ABSTRACT
The article discusses the issue of moral hazard, which have been raised by the bail-outs of financial institutions caused by the global credit crunch by overseas governments as well as central banks. It cites the impact of the move on the banks and mortgage institutions. The author also reveals the quality of bail-outs that cannot be avoided.
