ABSTRACT
The article reports on the ruling by regulators that the First National Bank of Nevada was run in an "unsafe and unsound manner" in July 2008. It is being asked if Craig Huntington, president of First Nationals' Community Association Banc. can be bound by his employment contract. Mutual of Omaha which bought the deposits of First National has argued that Huntington must not work with competitors for one year.
