ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the storefront refurbished by Jose Ceja in Las Vegas, Nevada to establish a new retail outlet of his Pepe's Tacos restaurant and house a commissary kitchen that will operate as a hub of his franchising strategy. He forecasts that the new location will increase his base of Anglo customers from around 25 to 50 percent. Scott Adams of Redevelopment Agency says that Pepe's served as the forerunner to visual improvement program.
